Mike Miller, FAPR, RDR, CRR

Mike Miller is a Past President of STAR and a longtime member of the Liaison Committee. He is the President of Miller Reporting Group, a boutique realtime agency in Houston, Texas. He credits much of the success he's had in court reporting to attending STAR meetings early in his career, along with a ton of hard work and plenty of good luck.

Edward Howard 

For more than 25 years Ed has been one of California's foremost public interest advocates with a string of precedent-setting victories in court and in the State Capitol in the areas of consumer rights, privacy, environmental protection, LGBTQ-plus rights, good government, health care, and children's rights, especially the rights of foster children. For almost as long Ed has been associated with CalDRA, first, as a partner with them running a nonprofit law firm where together they secured court rules and state in 14 states preserving reporter impartiality then, since 2006, as CalDRA's lobbyist and litigation counsel in Sacramento where every year CalDRA through enacted legislation, litigation, or successful regulatory work, he and CalDRA advance the work of freelance reporters.

Robin Sunkees

Ms. Sunkees has been reporting for 36 years. She has been an official reporter for San Diego Superior Courts since 1991. Ms. Sunkees is a past president and DSA recipient of CCRA, a Fellow of the Academy of Professional Reporters and currently chair of the California Court Reporters Board.


Angel Chelik, M.S.

Angel has been educating people on health and wellness for over 20 years. On any given day, you can find her instructing group fitness classes, teaching Health and Exercise Science classes at Southwestern College and providing health coaching clinics to her corporate clients, through her company WorkBetter Wellness.


Yvonne Fenner, CSR

Ms. Fenner has served as the executive officer of the Court Reporters Board of California since 2009, where she implements board policy and oversees licensing and enforcement activities. She has been a licensed court reporter since 1996 and owned a freelance firm in Sacramento prior to becoming staff for the CRB.

Terrie Campbell

Terrie is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Esquire Deposition Solutions, LLC. Her promotion to lead the organization comes after joining the company as Chief Operating Officer in early 2015 with the goal of driving improved and consistent operating practices for the organization. As CEO, Terrie is committed to achieving the company vision of empowering dedicated professionals to act with integrity, deliver excellence, and earn clients for life. This is accomplished by delivering premium client care and orchestrating all areas of the organization to achieve optimum effectiveness by driving true innovation within the deposition management industry.

Megan Reid

Megan is a busy working mom with three children. A former Software Engineer for Stenograph where she worked on products including Cloud Backup, CaseViewNet Browser Edition, and the purple Luminex! She is currently a Software Engineer at Apple and loves utilizing new technology to keep her life running smoothly.

Jocelynn Moore

Jocelynn Moore is the Director of Government Relations for the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA). Jocelynn comes from Bakersfield, California, where she attended California State University and earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and religious studies. Upon receiving her undergraduate education, Jocelynn attended the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in May 2018. Following law school, Jocelynn joined NCRA, where she is proud to advocate for the court reporting, captioning, legal videography, and scopist professions.

Eric MCElvenny

Eric McElvenny is a lucky husband and proud father of three. He had the privilege of serving 7 years in the United States Marine Corps after graduating from the United States Naval Academy in 2006. While on his final military deployment, an opportunity to serve in Afghanistan, Eric was wounded during combat operations. This injury led to a new journey into triathlon racing. Eric looks forward to sharing his story from the military to the finish line and the habits we can use to embrace life’s challenges. When not training and speaking, Eric can be found with his family in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Kelly Moranz

Kelly Moranz, CRI, is an adjunct faculty member and the Program Director for Cuyahoga Community College’s Captioning and Court Reporting program. She is an alumna of Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) and has earned her Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies from The State University of New York. She has worked in a variety of capacities within the court reporting profession for more than 35 years. Kelly has presented numerous seminars for national and state industry organizations along with serving on their committees. She currently is a Director for the Speech to Text Institute (STTI). Additionally, Kelly has earned Tri-C’s Excellence in Teaching Award in 2015, NCRA’s Educator of the Year Award in 2016, and Cuyahoga Community College’s Professional Excellence Award in 2017.

Cindi Lynch

Cindi Lynch, Stenograph’s Training Program Manager has trained thousands of court reporters, captioners, CART providers, scopists, instructors, and students all over the English-speaking world on a variety of CAT and other software applications for the past 32 years. Cindi created and maintains the Ascend Training by Stenograph online training community. She created and continues to manage Stenograph's Certified Independent Training Agent Program. She is the author of ten Case CATalyst Self-Study Guides and the Exceptional Extras files and documents included with Case CATalyst.
